Explo Extreme Relay - 2025

Are you a sports team where several people have a competitive instinct? A company that needs a little team building? Or do you think the whole route seems cruel to run alone but the challenge is tempting when shared with friends?

For the second time we are offering the Explo Ekstremløpet as a relay with 5 stages. You can compete in the following classes: Men, Women, Mixed (at least 1 of each gender). We will award prizes to the top three teams in each class. All the rules can be found here . There is a free lift down from the Fjellheisen for all participants.

Start at TUIL Arena in Tromsdalen. The course runs for a bit on asphalt, before the course turns up towards Lilleaksla and you run up the popular Sherpa stairs. The stairs were completed in 2019 and have 1203 steps. One of the longest stairs in Norway built by the Sherpas from Nepal. Check out all the stages here
