Mission
- At 2:30 PM : Set up a physical barrier in Tussøyveien as shown in the figure.
- 4:30 p.m.: Take down the barrier
Establish the turning point by placing z-separators (remember the "KEEP LEFT" poster on the first one in the running direction) and fences in the roadway in the running direction towards the turning point, so that runners are guided to the left in the roadway and there is room to run across to the walkway.
Place a cone at the turning point. Place a clock with an antenna on each side of the road with the antennas pointing across the road/walkway.
- Approx. 3:15 PM: The first Half Marathon will come north after the road. They will run on the road further north.
- Approx. 3:30 PM: First Mil runner. Runners on the Mila will turn around (have a yellow background on their start numbers).
- Approx. 3:35 PM: First marathon runner arrives from Giæverbukta. Marathon and half marathon return to the southern tip on the walkway.
All runners must run on the pedestrian and bicycle path back (south).
Make sure that the runners stay on the correct side (walkway) after turning and running towards the finish line.
The checkpoint must be staffed until the last runner, followed by red crosses, has passed the finish line, even if the road is open.
Torches, 10 pcs :
- Set out and light torches along the walking and cycling path from your post towards Vangberg.
- Remember to bring in the torches after the race.

The turning point is in line with the end of the retaining wall to the property on the east side of
the walkway.
