About Tromsø

Located at 69.65°N, 350 km north of the Arctic Circle is Tromsø. The city itself is located on a small island surrounded by majestic mountains and deep fjords. With a population of 80,000, it is a small city by international standards, but it is one of the largest places in the Arctic.

Tromsø's location provides good opportunities to experience two of nature's most spectacular phenomena: the Midnight Sun and the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, it is completely impossible to experience the first during the World Cup, but there are very good opportunities to see the Northern Lights in the evening and at night.
