Participants run one lap every hour, starting the first lap on Saturday at 09:00.
When the starting signal goes off, you must be in the marked starting area. This applies every hour. If you miss the start, you are out.
The first woman and man to finish on lap 24 wins the race.
If no one runs 24 laps, the person left alone at the start of a lap wins.
Age limit: You must be 18 years old to participate.
Trail
The start/finish will be outside TUIL Arena in Tromsdalen. The race will mostly be on gravel roads in the Tromsdalen trail network, as well as some on asphalt.
Trail maps are posted at the end of July/beginning of August.
Service offers during the race
There will be a serving of bread slices with a simple selection of toppings throughout the race. A little later in the day we will put out a pot of something hot. In the evening/night there will also be nutritious food available. We will of course have water, coffee and sports drinks throughout the competition. We encourage participants to bring a cup/bottle to drink!
There will be some snacks and nibbles along the way too, no one should leave here hungry.
Please contact us at info@msm.no if you need dietary adjustments.
There are toilets inside the TUIL arena. There will also be changing rooms with showers.
Safety is important, so the Red Cross will have a guard post in the start/finish area. When darkness falls, everyone must wear a reflective belt/vest. This can be borrowed from the organizer.
