Tromsø Backyard Ultra – Saturday, August 16th
The loop is 6.7km and the surface is mainly gravel, with some paths and some asphalt.
The organizer has available bread with toppings, fruit, water, Coca-Cola, Explo, Maxim and coffee.
There will be hot food available after 3:30 p.m.
Start and finish at TUIL Arena and a break for runners between each round in the football hall.
Simple furnishings, feel free to bring your own chair and/or table. Cloakroom with shower in the immediate vicinity. Parking by the hall.

First start is at 8:00 AM and then every hour. Last start at 7:00 PM. Time is recorded for each lap.
Awards: Medal for everyone who completes a half ultra – 4 laps, extra prize for everyone who completes an ultra – 8 laps.
Main prizes for 1st – 3rd place in each class. Finishing order at the last round determines the winner.
