Luminous Life - A race for everyone
Welcome to our new concept: The Luminous Life Relay. Run stages with meaning together with friends, colleagues and family with start and finish at TUIL arena. You set your own pace; the most important thing is that you join in and participate. Together we will celebrate the bright side of life and support an important cause - fundraising for mental health!
You can sign up on your own for NOK 150, and MSM will put together a whole team. Or you can sign up for a team (six people) for NOK 750. Youth 100 kr / 600 kr.
ATTENTION. This relay is a celebration ahead of World Mental Health Day on October 10, where this year's theme is: Listen.

Whether you want to run,
walk or chat your way through the stages, you are most welcome. Our philosophy is simple: No one should be alone - a mantra we live by. You can therefore choose to sign up for the relay yourself. We who work for MSM make sure that everyone who wants to participate gets a complete team! There are two classes to sign up for: exercise or competition. Full regulations can be found here.

Post-relay mingle
After the relay, we invite you to a nice gathering with draws, Kahoot quiz and the opportunity to mingle. The café will be open and we will present the amount raised. Of course, we'll end with a group photo to immortalize the great day.

Everyone who is registered for the relay - gets a promo code with a 100 kr discount.
Support your local charity
This year's fundraiser will be donated to the Low threshold team, which promotes mental health among children and young people. All profits from the event will go directly to the important work of the Low Threshold Team. Your participation contributes to both your own and others' well-being, and together we make a difference in the local community.
