Midnight Sun Marathon is an arctic adventure for runners.
In the summer, Tromsø has the midnight sun, with long bright days and nights where the sun never sets. Our street races are characterized by strong contrasts and intense experiences.
The race is a public festival that brings together not only participants and officials, but the entire city that cheers the runners on at the finish line. Many of the participants return year after year to experience the intimate atmosphere surrounding the event, the unique atmosphere that only Tromsø can offer.
We are also incredibly proud that year after year we are mentioned as one of the ten marathons in the world that you simply must experience – including by the international running magazine Runners World in 2024.
All our trails are inspected and certified by AIMS.
