By registering for a race or purchasing a product, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Terms of purchase

Your order is personal and non-refundable after completed purchase.

If you are registering for one of our race events, the additional terms & conditions apply:

  • The registration for the event is not refundable. One-time license to Norway’s Athletics Association is included in the Entry Fee.
  • After this date, you can only transfer your registration in case of illness or injury. A medical certificate must then be sent to us no later than one week after the race day. The cost to transfer is 100 NOK. Please write an e-mail to us at info@msm.no and we will send you a link to transfer your registration.

If you are purchasing products from our MSM shop the additional terms & conditions apply

  • Purchased products are picked up together with the start number during the race weekend.
  • Please be aware that this is a limited production and sizes can only be switched when available.
  • It is not possible to return bought products. 
  • The products will only be available for online purchase until a certain date. 

Force majeure / Cancellation

Organizer can cancel the race due to force majeure. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, no entry fee or additional bookings will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred by the participant in connection with the event if the race must be canceled due to force majeure.

Personal information about startlists

In order to provide high quality result lists and to offer you the best possible service as a participant, we need to store some information about you in our database. The same information will also be stored in the database to our supplier of timing and timing system, EQ Timing AS. In addition to name and club membership, we need to save the gender and date of birth to ensure that you are in the correct age category on the results list. Contact details such as address, mobile phone number and email address are required to send you the registration confirmation and proof of participation, information about the start number and start time and other relevant information about the event.

MSM and EQ Timing AS get access to the contact information needed to send you information related to the event in order to provide you with
the best possible service. Your name, club membership and age class are published in results lists and participant lists. Your results may be used for seeding in other events where you participate.

Photos

We might take pictures/video of you during the event. By signing up, you agree that these pictures/video may be used by MSM in marketing, or posted on social media, event web pages, and result lists during and after the event.
